Kyiv (Terror Monitor) —Ukrainian forces carried out long-range strikes targeting Russian military-related facilities, including a vessel in the Caspian Sea region, Ukrainian officials said.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the strikes targeted a Russian military vessel in the Caspian Sea area, as well as a factory in Kirov, located around 1,200 kilometers from Ukraine’s border.
Zelensky said the Kirov facility produces components for weapons used by Russian forces in the war against Ukraine.
He added that other targets included an oil refinery in Tyumen, a key facility in Yekaterinburg, and a fuel depot in Rostov-on-Don.
Russian authorities have not immediately issued an official response to the reports.
