Islamabad (Terror Monitor) Three separate terror-related incidents were reported in different districts of Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, in which a government girls’ high school was destroyed, police personnel were injured in a drone attack, and a police constable was killed in a shooting incident.

In Bajaur’s Warah Mamond area, militants targeted a government girls’ high school with explosives. According to police, the attackers had planted explosive material inside the building, which detonated and completely destroyed the school. No casualties were reported in the incident. Security forces later cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.

In Lakki Marwat, a suspected quadcopter attack targeted the Wanda Banuchi police checkpoint in the jurisdiction of Thana Darra Pezu, injuring three police personnel. The injured include PSI Asif, Constable Fahim, and Constable Adnan. They were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Police and security forces have launched a search operation in the area.

Separately, in Lower Dir’s Chakdara area, Constable Muhammad Ismail was critically injured in firing by unidentified armed men near the Badawan Bridge. He later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. His body was shifted to Police Lines Timergara, where he was given a guard of honour before being laid to rest with full official honours.

According to police officials, separate investigations into all three incidents are underway, and search operations are ongoing to apprehend the attackers.
